Great connectivity to Rome by trains, departing every 5-10 minutes from Ciampino to the main train station, Roma Termini. Convenient access to La Sapienza, Tor Vergata University and Hospital, as well as ESA/ESRIN. The apartment features free high-speed WIFI, a well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious quite shared external area. The room is furnished with a king-size bed, a new wardrobe, and a drawer, a wide desk. All essential services are within walking distance, and Ciampino Airport is easily accessible within 10 minutes by public transportation. Your host is fluent in English and has personal experience as a student/worker abroad and resides in Ciampino as well. Please note that the other room in the apartment may be occupied by other tenants. The condominium fee is included in the rent as well as the cleaning of the apartment every two weeks is offered by the owner! The monthly rent is 800 euros for one person, with an additional 200 euros if the room is rented by two persons (specified as "other optional costs"). A deposit of 1600 euros is required at check-in and will be returned at the end of the stay if no damage has occurred to the property.
