From now on, a large room, about 30 square meters, will be available. It has a nice wardrobe and a large desk. The kitchen is shared among all the tenants. We have a very cute German Shepherd and we are all Chinese students. Starting from now on, we are looking for someone who studies in the center of Florence, is sociable, serious, and loves dogs. The monthly rent is 950€, including all utilities (water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, condominium fees, etc.), with a security deposit of two months’ rent, which will be returned at the end of the contract.
