Dear students, from September 1st onwards there is one room available (for students only!) in a beautiful shared student apartment in the 12. district of Vienna, on Breitenfurter Straße. The apartment has 5 bedrooms in total. At the moment 4 male student live there. The room is furnished with a highbed, a desk+chair and a wardrobe. Each room can be locked seperately. There is a shared, fully equipped kitchen, 2 shared bathroom with a shower and a seperate toilet. The contract for the room is for a period of 5 years but can be cancelled after a minimum stay of 12 months within a 2-months notice, by the end of February, AUgust or September. The rent is EUR 495,- pr month plus an additional EUR 65,- per month for utilities (heating, electricity, internet). So in total it is EUR 560,- The deposit is EUR 1120,- and due once signing the rental contract. There are no pets allowed and also no smoking inside the apartment.
