The area is well linked by public transport, buses 58,76, 63 with which you can reach the metro station (line 1) in 10/12 min. There are many bars, little restaurant, shops and a supermarket at 350 meters. The area is quiet and you can easily find parking. In the monthly rent are included: rent, condominium expenses, heating costs, waste tax, contract registration costs internet (fiber). Electricity costs are included up to 100€/month that you can consider a standard consumption. La casa è stata appena ristrutturata ha due camere da letto. Una doppia, con split del condizionatore centrale e può essere sistemata come matrimoniale o due singoli. L'altra è singola, dispone di una letto da una piazza e mezzo (120 x 190) e di condizionatore stand alone. Gli spazi comuni comprendono un'ampia cucina-salotto, un bagno con finestra un piccolo sgabuzzino. La zona è ben servita da mezzi pubblici, bus 58,76, 63 con i quali si raggiunge la metropolitana (linea 1) in 10/12 min. Nelle vicinanze ci sono molti bar, piccoli ristoranti, negozi e un supermercato a 350 metri. La zona è tranquilla e si trova facilmente parcheggio.
