The entire combined living/sleeping area with real wood parquet flooring has a king-size box-spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a dining table with chairs and plenty of storage space in two chests of drawers and a sliding-door closet. In the adjoining kitchen you will find cooking facilities, a sink and cooking and eating utensils. In the bathroom with natural stone there is a modern shower, a towel radiator and towels are provided. A laundry room is available in the outbuilding. There is a drying room that can be used by all tenants. A wash cycle costs €2.20 and use of the dryer costs €2.50. The apartment is located directly between the subway stations Laimer Platz (350m) and Friedenheimer Straße (150m). The city center (Karlsplatz, Odeonsplatz) can be reached within 10 minutes and is therefore very well connected. 450 meters away is a Rewe and 500 meters away a dm drugstore and an Aldi.
