Description

Beautiful ground floor apartment within walking distance of Bad Tölz centre, and 1 block away from the Isar river. The apartment has 1 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a small sauna, and a large Garden. It is also fully equipped, as this is our home for half of the year. The house itself is typical of the area, and has space for 2 cars with off-street parking. This house is our home for 50% of the year, therefore it has all the amenities, including fast internet, a desk with a monitor, and all the essentials in the kitchen (like spices and herbs!). It is a 3 story building, with two neighbours living in the apartment upstairs who we share (hidden)ment with. (hidden)ment has a sauna, gym area (including a peloton bike) and washing machine. Getting around Bad Tölz is very easy. It is a small town, and you can walk everywhere. From our house, it is approximately 10 minutes walk to the town centre...
