The apartment is located across the Weissensee lake, it is a great park and a lake with a "beach" and swimming possibilities. Many tram lines are passing just outside the house and there are 2 tram stations just outside the house, they can take you directly to the Ringbahn. Alexanderplatz Friedrichshein and more. There is a supermarket 500 meters from the house or 1 tram station away (3 min) The monthly rent is all-inclusive, covering rent, heating, water, Internet, and the GEZ/German TV license fee.
