It is very quiet, as it faces the rear of the building and offers a view of greenery; nevertheless, it boasts a very central location. All shopping facilities, doctors, hospitals, restaurants, cafés, schools—including FOM and the Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences—are within walking distance. There are excellent public transport connections, with buses, trams, and S-Bahn lines just a few minutes' walk away. Please refer to the photos for details regarding furnishings. A washing machine and dryer are available for use in the basement (usage costs are included in the monthly rent). Satellite TV access can be added for an additional €10 per month. Please note that there is no kitchen; only a large refrigerator is provided. While it is possible to bring in appliances such as hotplates, a microwave, etc., there is no water connection available in the living or kitchen area—nor can one be retrofitted. Consequently, any washing up would need to be done using the sink in the bathroom.
