This is a newly renovated apartment that features: - 4 double rooms (for single use). - Spacious fully equipped kitchen with dining area. - 2 bathrooms. - Abundant natural light. Expenses are separate (with a monthly cost of 80€) and include: - Electricity and water. - Weekly cleaning of all common areas. - Wi-Fi connection. - Maintenance service, managing all types of incidents that may arise during your stay. What are our requirements? - Minimum stay of 1 month and maximum of 1 year. - 1 month deposit. Located in the Camins del Grau neighborhood, next to the Ayora metro station (lines 5 and 7), right next to the universities: UV and UPV, as well as prestigious schools like EDEM or Berklee. It is also very close to the beach and the Turia River Park. In addition, we take care of solving any issues that may arise during your stay in the apartment to ensure you have a very satisfactory experience with us...
