The room features either a balcony or a double-glazed window, offering a bright and peaceful atmosphere. 🍳 The apartment is shared with sociable tenants and includes a large entrance hall, a dining room, and two large bathrooms with showers. It’s a well-equipped space, providing every comfort to make you feel at home. 📍 The apartment is conveniently located near the University area, historic center, and Central Station. Within the immediate vicinity, you'll find banks, supermarkets, a shopping center, Virgin Gym, and easy access to public transportation. The apartment is also close to the Ring Road exit (9) and major motorways, ensuring easy access to the city center and beyond. 📝 Please Note: Bed linen is not provided. You will have at your disposal an apartment manager to assist you in case there is an issue. Extra cleaning service will be provided. A deposit is requested either at check-in in cash or 3 WORKING days before the move-in date. In the latter case, in order to keep your reservation and not lose the first month's rent, you will need to show the advertiser a receipt of the bank transfer within 3 working days from the move-in date. After completing the booking, the tenant will sign a contract that legally outlines the rights and obligations of both parties.
