Schönbrunn and the Lainzer Tiergarten are near by. Ideal for exchange students or professionals working in Vienna. The 40sqm apartment is located on the 2th floor and the spacious kitchen is aligned with 2 windows . The bedroom has a large sliding door wardrobe. 160 he double bed and blackout curtains. The apartment has just been completely renovated with triple glazed windows, Vailanttherme, new floor coverings and new doors. The bathroom consists of floor-level shower with glas wall. sink with furniture. The toilet is a Laufen Designer soft close toilet. The Alape designer sink is beautiful and sits on a Bathroom furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment would be from 1. of August 2023 for min. 6 months available. All you need will be there! At the moment i buy a couch, a bed and a side-board. I want the best living experience for my tenant....
