In the neighborhood you will find many shops: bakery, supermarket, hairdressers, nailshop, physiotherapists, bars, terraces and a library. It is 10 min walking distance to the reference hospital of the Balearic Islands "Hospital Universitario Son Espases" and there are 3 (9, 16 and 33) different bus lines you can pick from here to the city center, which is within 10 minutes driving distance. There is a garage where you can store your scooter or bike. We are looking for a nice, orderly and calm person who does not smoke. You may register depending on the reason and if you are staying longer than 6 months...
