The kitchen is seamlessly connected to the living room and is equipped with amenities such as an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and other essential kitchen utensils to ensure comfort. The bathroom includes a bathtub, WC, and washing machine. All windows open onto the courtyard, so you can enjoy the peace. The apartment has a big terrace. If you cancel when your move-in date is:
- More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
- 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
- Less than 7 days away – No refund
