There is also a washing machine in the flat, as well as some cleaning utensils. The flat is in a central and quiet location in Pasing. You can reach the centre of Pasing with all shopping facilities, such as the Pasing Arcaden, in approx. 12 minutes by foot. The Pasing railway station (S-Bahn, train, tram) can also be reached in approx. 12 minutes by foot. From here you have excellent connections to Munich and all ICE routes. There is a bus stop right next to the building, from where you can also take the bus to Pasing station. The Pasing city park is also about a 10-minute walk away and offers a high recreational value.
