The apartment is divided into five separate rooms, each with its entrance and a double bed. All rooms have views of Andrassy Avenue across a little garden, except for room 5, which has wonderful and calming views of the inner yard. The unit is suited for 5 students and is available for a 12-month lease. For shorter rentals 50 €/month extra is required. The deposit is equivalent to two months' rent. The unit can be inhabited by paying the first-month rental cost + the deposit amount + a 150€ agency charge. The cost for utilities per person are € 50/month. If the total expenses of gas+water + electricity go over 250 €/month the extra cost will be divided on 1/5 per room.
