Rooms are furnished to a high standard, the flat has 5 bedrooms, 4 with double beds and 1 with a single bed. The apartment has 2 complete bathrooms with a toilet. The flat, the spacious kitchen is fully equipped; washing machine, dishwasher, big fridge, oven, microwave, toaster. Wi-fi and television are in the flat. Located in Andrassy: Infront of Metro 1 and 5 minutes walk from the Heroes square. The apartment is surrounded by public transport (Metro 1, Tram No. 4-6, buses). Szechenyi park with hot termal waters, zoo and the big gardens where go to run or walk are nearby. Ideal location for students- the flat is close to buildings Szent István University, Faculty of Veterinary Science. The apartment is divided into five separate rooms, each with its entrance and a double bed. All rooms have views of Andrassy Avenue across a little garden, except for room 5, which has wonderful and calming views of the inner yard. The unit is suited for 5 students and is available for a 12-month lease. For shorter rentals 50 €/month extra is required. The deposit is equivalent to two months' rent. The unit can be inhabited by paying the first-month rental cost + the deposit amount + a 150€ agency charge. The cost for utilities per person are € 50. If the total expenses of gas+water + electricity go over 250 €/month the extra cost will be divided on 1/5 per room. The apartment is completely equipped, with a washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, a large fridge, an oven, microwave, and a toaster. It is an ideal location for students and families. We clean common parts of the appartement every 2 week. Smoking and dogs are not permitted in the apartment. Pets must be mentioned to us before a booking. In case of a pet, a deposit of three times the monthly rent is required. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
