If you book this apartment, the following rules apply: If your booking start date is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the full month's rent is due. If your booking start date is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month's rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the first half month's rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month's rent is due. Smoking is not permitted.
