The bedroom and the kitchen and living room area have air conditioning and the W/C a brand new heater. The additional room (with a bed) can be used as an office, closet, or guest / children's room. The apartment only makes a direct neighborhood with the floor below and is therefore very quiet (Building with two fractions). All windows have mosquito nets and there are two clotheslines. 2nd floor no elevator. Maximum number of persons: couples with 1 small children. No private parking but several free public ones nearby...
