The apartment is very large and bright and consists of: 4 single bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 PRIVATE BATHROOM, a second shared bathroom (both with shower). The area is very central and equipped with everything: you will find several supermarkets both in Corso del Popolo, such as the PAM a 9-minute walk away, and in via Piave (perpendicular to via Ariosto). In the surrounding area you will also find the post office, banks, pharmacies, bakeries, pizzerias, an excellent pastry shop such as Pasticceria Fiume and shops of all kinds. In 5 minutes on foot, you can reach the historic center of Mestre where the main squares are located, such as Piazza Ferretto and Piazza Barche, but also many places frequented by children and students. For example, in Piazza XXVII Ottobre there is the famous AcquaAlta bar, very popular for evening aperitifs, and many other pubs and restaurants a few steps from the main squares. Furthermore, the apartment is also very close to the scientific offices of Ca' Foscari, located at the end of Corso del Popolo, and to the new Shopping Center with the Interspar supermarket and Mc Donald's. The area is also well served by public transport: buses pass in Corso del Popolo and you can thus easily reach the center of Mestre or any other area. Buses to Venice also pass from there, which take about 10 minutes to reach Venice station, and night buses. How rent is calculated
Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
