It is a 5-minute walk from the Király Street tram stop 4-6 and an 8-minute walk from the SOTE Veterinary Faculty. Smoking, and keeping pets are not allowed. We rent the apartment for at least 1 year, but ideally, we would like the tenant to stay indefinitely after that. The price includes the common expenses; utilities (electricity and water) are due based on consumption. It is available for a 2-month deposit and the first month's rent, with the commitment to sign a notarial deed.
