The main bus/train station is 1,5km away or about 25 minute walking. It’s a charming apartment with whimsical wooden staircase, high ceilings and a lovely green garden just outside the house. Suitable for two/three erasmus students. The city bus stations, free bike stations are also very near. And all the bars, shops and even market are very near. This is a two bedroom apartment with a large, spacious living room and nice, fully equipped kitchen/dinning area and bathroom, wc and a balcony. Main bedroom has a queen sized bed, a closet and table with chair and can take 2 guests. Second bedroom has a single bed, closet, commode, plenty of shelves and a desk with chair for a single guest. Both rooms have large windows and are nice and bright. Spacious, bright living room has a large comfortable sofa, large closet and a large flat screen tv and a nice big monstera plant for plant lovers. Living room with comfortable extendable sofa can also bed for 2 more guests if needed. Kitchen has a dining table with 4 chairs, large window for plenty natural light, lots of shelves and of course is fully equipped with everything you might need in any kitchen. Bathroom/wc has a bath tub that also doubles as a shower, sink, wc, washing machine and plenty of shelves. Guests are welcome to use every space in the apartment, balcony and of course lovely green garden and terrace just outside the house. Suitable for two/three erasmus students. Monthly costs are between two hundred fifty to three hundred with everything included Reserved free parking on the premises....
