Valid periods of stay (full months): - First semester (until February) - Second semester (until July) - Full school year (September to July) - Summer (July and/or August) Utilities (60 €/month) and weekly cleaning (obligatory) of private and common areas (70 €/month) not included in the price. Private room with single bed (90 cm wide). Fully furnished, it offers central heating and electric fans, ample storage space, high speed wifi and a large desk to study comfortably. Bed linen and towels are included. The accommodation stands out for its modern and cozy design, and has two living rooms, one of them with an outdoor balcony from where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the Ruzafa neighborhood, plus two full bathrooms with shower and a toilet, all to share. It is also fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and iron for clothes, designed to meet all your needs. In addition to this, our student service is available in several languages, 24 hours a day.
