Connected to the living room is the first of the bedrooms, which features a double bed (150 x 200 cm) and enjoys complete privacy. A comfortable corridor leads to the private area, where the other bedrooms with their respective bathrooms are located. The master bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with a chest under the mattress, which could be replaced by two single beds upon request, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and ensuite bathroom. The third and last bedroom, which has two single beds that can be joined under request to form a double bed (180 x 200 cm), has its own bathroom opposite, serving possible visitors and thus preserving the intimacy and privacy of the private rooms. The large bus and metro interchange at Avenida de América will allow you to travel quickly to any point in the city and even to other cities in Spain. It also has other public transport connections, such as the metro stations of Cartagena and Diego de León, and numerous bus lines in the surrounding streets. Special mention should be made of the numerous shops, bars and restaurants that surround the flat, making day-to-day life easier, without the need to move from the neighbourhood.
