Room for rent in an apartment with exterior views of gardens in one of the best areas next to Avenida de América with all transport and services nearby. It has a double bed with interior storage, a very large wardrobe, a study table, a lamp, a chair, etc. From the rooms and kitchen of the house there are great views of the building's common garden. It is an exterior ground floor, very quiet and bright. The house is super quiet. The living room has a newly purchased TV (not seen in the photos). Very well connected with metro and buses (Intercambiador avda América, Diego de León,...) and with many nearby supermarkets (Mercadona, Carrefour, Aldi, Lidl, Unide) and many restaurants and cafes. The price already includes all expenses (electricity, hot and cold water, heating, 600MB internet, cleaning of common areas, etc.).
