The social area offers a cozy atmosphere and is distributed in two distinct areas, the living room and the dining room. The kitchen is independent, and has been fully equipped with large and small appliances, as well as various utensils. The two bedrooms available in the house have a double bed and share the bathroom. The location of the property, in the Chamartín District, is very convenient. Numerous supermarkets, shops, sports, health and beauty centers, bars and restaurants make life easier in the neighborhood, making it a very comfortable place to stay. Several bus lines run nearby, and the Estrecho and Alvarado metro stations are just a few minutes away. The well-known Santiago Bernabéu Stadium is a short 13-minute walk away.
