Our 22 m2 Studios with terrace for stays over 30 nights have been furnished to our highest modern standards. The Studios feature a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable double bed (1.50 m) with TV and a private bathroom with shower to make you feel at home. A special highlight, however, is the small terrace where you can relax at the end of the day and the built-in air conditioning, which ensures a pleasant indoor climate even on hot summer days. Therefore your apartment offers everything you need for a longer stay with us in just one room. Included in the price is mandatory weekly cleaning. Please note that we charge an extra 20% of the monthly rent for additional guests. We do not offer apartment viewings on site. In case of any questions regarding our Suites, do not hesitate to contact us. Please note that the price may not include a city tax, which is charged separately by the provider! If you cancel within 24 hours of confirmation – Full refund of first month’s rent.
If you cancel when your move-in date is:
- More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
- 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
- Less than 7 days away – No refund
How to rent this place
If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:

- If the landlord accepts your rental application, we’ll collect payment to confirm your stay. If they don’t, your payment will be automatically canceled.

Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
