Our 22 m2 Studios with terrace for stays over 30 nights have been furnished to our highest modern standards. The Studios feature a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable double bed (1.50 m) with TV and a private bathroom with shower to make you feel at home. A special highlight, however, is the small terrace where you can relax at the end of the day and the built-in air conditioning, which ensures a pleasant indoor climate even on hot summer days. Therefore your apartment offers everything you need for a longer stay with us in just one room. Included in the price is mandatory weekly cleaning. Please note that we charge an extra 20% of the monthly rent for additional guests. We do not offer apartment viewings on site.
