The apartment is exterior and very bright, the decoration is brand new, very sober and elegant. The kitchen has all the utensils and appliances necessary for your day to day, such as ceramic hob, oven, fridge and even refrigerator. On this floor there is also a complete bathroom with shower. The sleeping area located on the second floor has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is en-suite and has a double bed; the second bedroom has a single bed and a desk. Both bedrooms have closets so you can store everything you need. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. The shared roof terrace has access for the 2 duplexes in the building. Barceloneta beach is 4 minutes away, where people gather to enjoy the sun in summer, and an afternoon snack with friends the rest of the year; also 3 minutes away is the Barceloneta Market.
