We are renting a private bedroom for 2 people in apartment in Prague - Cerny Most. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Your bedroom will have a two single beds, or one single bed and desk. The common kitchen includes dishwasher, washing machine and a dining table and is fully equipped with everything you need. The first common bathroom has a shower corner, toilet and sink. The second bathroom has bath and sink. There is also another separate toilet. The apartment is located 800 m from subway station Rajská Zahrada. In the neighborhood there are a lot of parks. Shopping centre Cerny Most is 1,4 km away...

How rent is calculated

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent. We call this a Daily contract type.
