Internet and weekly cleaning of the common areas are included in the rent. The minimum rental period is 6 months. The monthly rent is all-inclusive (rent + heating + water + internet + GEZ fee). Check-in is only possible from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:00. Registration is possible. Liability insurance is required for your stay and must be presented to us within 15 days of moving in.
