Dieser Bereich eignet sich besonders zum Arbeiten. Wahlweise drinnen oder draußen auf der überdachten Veranda von 40 qm. Es gibt insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer, davon ist eines mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet und 2 kleinere Zimmer sind jeweils mit einem Einzelbett eingerichtet. Das Duschbad mit begehbarer Dusche vervollständigt das stylische Ferienhaus. Lage Dieses Ferienhaus liegt im Süden Hamburgs. In der Nähe von Buchholz in der Nordheide und Tostedt. Von Buchholz aus ist man mit der Deutschen Bahn in 21 Minuten am Hamburger Hauptbahnhof. Die Anbindung an die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist ebenfalls gut möglich über Sprötze oder Tostedt. Das Autobahnkreuz A1 / A261 ist in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Ansonsten gibt es hier Natur pur. Ausgedehnte Spaziergänge und herrliche Fahrradtouren in die wunderschöne Umgebung. Beispielsweise in die Lüneburger Heide mit all den romantischen Heidedörfern. Empfehlenswert sind auch Familienausflüge in den Heidepark Soltau oder in den Vogelspark Walsrode.
