Casa Disio is a bright apartment with a unique touch of contemporary design, sometimes even minimalist. What is really eye-catching is the kitchen with vibrant red decorations, such as the hand-made shelves and the minimal style of lighting. Last but not the least, the living room with the geometric motif behind the comfortable sofa bed, contrasting the curved bajoure. From the balcony in the living area and in the bedroom furnished with a queen size bed (made of two single beds joined together that can be split upon request), our guests may look at the typical workshops in via Scimonelli (a typical and quiet street in the centre of Palermo). Our guests will find a bathroom with shower-tub, a fully furnished kitchen and a bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and a separable double bed. Our flat is furnished with comforts such as the washing machine, TV and air conditioner for hot days in Sicily. *The house is not equipped with central heating, but with a single heat pump. *Please note that, for the 3rd and 4th person, an extra fee of 300€ per person per month applies. Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful Unesco heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares. Our apartment is located near the centre of Palermo with several shops and options to move around or to get to the popular beach of Mondello. Piazza Politeama and Teatro Massimo are 15 minutes far by walking, Castello della Zisa and Villa Malfitano only 10.
