The average size, including the bathroom, is approximately 19 m2. The room consists of a corner kitchen, a study area with a desk and seat, a two-door wardrobe, a 100cm bed with a large lower drawer, a bookcase, a microwave, a fridge, a mirror, notice board. The heating is centralized and the room is equipped with a practical thermostat to manage the internal temperature. The private bathroom measures approximately 3 m2. and is equipped with a comfortable shower. The campus consists of two buildings 200 m far from each other. The services are split but all the tenants, regardless of where their accommodation is located, will have access to both buildings and related amenities: you can enjoy the kitchen, co-working space, private event space, rooftop terrace, a green courtyard, a private event space, a gym, a terrace with basketball court, laundry with a playroom, and social area. We also have some services available upon request such as extra cleaning, a final cleaning, underground parking, and extra storage space for sports equipment and luggage. The monthly rent includes a cleaning service one time every two weeks. We have wheelchair accessible rooms but you have to double-check their availability with us before closing the reservation.
