Welcome to my cute and cosy apt in the heart of the Marais! Freshly painted with 4 large windows on a quiet street. But, around the corner from all the food and action! The apt is in a 250 year-old building service by a small elevator that can fit 1 large suitcase ;) For those of you who know Paris, this is a jewel. The apt is small, with even a smaller shower. Fits 1 girl comfortable. If you are a guy, I don't think this is the place for you. Please note that this is my home: I live here full-time and rent out for time to time to help out with the bills. If you are looking for hotel luxury, please don't stay here! But if you want to be in a safe and fun neighbourhood without breaking the bank, this is for you ;) Awesome people only...

If you cancel within 24 hours of confirmation – Full refund of first month’s rent.
If you cancel when your move-in date is:
- More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
- 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
- Less than 7 days away – No refund
How to rent this place

Once your rental is confirmed, we’ll share the landlord’s contact info so you can arrange your move-in.
Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
