Inside the estate there are grocery stores, a pub, a cafe, bank branches, a pharmacy and a hairdressers. There is a supermarket, many restaurants, bars and shops approximately 100-200 m away. Great communication point (metro, tram, bus) with good access to the center. Good access to schools, including: the Military University of Technology (WAT) , University of Technology (Politechnika Warszawska), the Academy of Economics and Humanities (AEH), the Academy of Fine Arts (ASP), the University of Warsaw (UW), Collegium Civitas, and other schools. One of the tenants may also have a garage space in the underground garage at their disposal (for an additional fee).
