The Landlord only accepts bookings from students between 18 and 29 years old. IMPORTANT rental payments are regulated as follow: For rental period shorter than 10 months: - At the check-in the tenant has to pay the admin fee of 450€ + 50% of the remaining amount of the overall rent months - Within April or November 5th (depending on the season you have booked) the remaining installment of 50% of the overall rent months is due. For rental period longer than 10 months: - At check-in the tenant has to pay the admin fee of 450€ + 25% of the remaining amount - Within November 5th another installment of 25% is due - Within February 5th another installment of 25% is due - Within May 5th the final installment of 25% is due.
