Disclaimer: the building is under construction and consists of 3 blocks – A, B, and C, for a total of 260 apartments. The apartments in block C were inaugurated at the beginning of April 2024! The opening of blocks A and B is scheduled for September 2024. Landlord policies PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Kindly be aware, reservations are strictly set to start and end on Thursdays, though it is possible to arrive later or leave earlier within the booking period, without a refund for the days not used. After booking on HousingAnywhere, it is mandatory to create an account in the house provider app to receive the entry code and upload credit card details for payments. PAY ATTENTION! Regarding payments and additional fees: Payments are on a 4-week basis (the rent price shown in HousingAnywhere is for 4 weeks only, not for the whole month!) for the type of contract provided by the landlord. Therefore, you will be asked a proportional additional amount to complete the payment of the month. For bookings over 8 weeks: initial pre-payment of the first 4 weeks of the booking to HousingAnywhere, then the housing provider charges the following 4 weeks of the booking period, final cleaning (€150), deposit (€200) and city tax (63€) before check-in. Credit card charged every 4 weeks. For bookings shorter than 8 weeks: pre-payment of the first 4 weeks is made to HousingAnywhere, with a separate charge from the housing provider for up to 4 weeks (remaining weeks of the booking). All our apartments feature our unique modern design style, layouts and features may vary.
