Located in a calm street ( Begijnenvest), very close to the shopping streets and with easy access to highways/tram- bus stops. This furnished studio is 40 m2. The open kitchen is equipped with a combi-microwave, coffeemaker, pots/pans, and kitchen utensils. The living room has 2 leather coughs, a glass table with chairs, flat screen TV and wireless internet. The bed is on a level and has 140 x 200. Photos and video tour are attached. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and design sink with bath linen The rental price is 1200 with all utilities included: internet, digital tv-cable, electricity, gas, water, heating, insurance....

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent. We call this a Daily contract type.
