QUIET SEA VIEW NEIGHBORHOOD !!! Please READ EVERYTHING before Booking !!! Our shared international living community with the name "KASOUPEOPLE" is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Peiraiki, Piraeus. Here we live in a beautiful, well-organized, clean and well equipped house with a nice view to the seaside of Peiraiki. ROOMS Your room is nicely equipped in a minimalistic style with everything you need inclusive laundry. It has a bed, a desk with chair, place for clothing, proper lightening, mosquito-protection, air condition and a shared balcony with seaview. You live with maximum 3 other persons (with a shared bathroom) on the same floor. On another floor live also 3-4 housemates. If you like to host guests, we usually have an empty room, that can be rented for a small amount. Both floors use SHARED SPACE (a big kitchen, a small garden, a beautiful well equipped terrasse with sea view and another big bathrooms), that will be cleaned each week. High speed Wi-Fi is included. COMMUNITY Our goal is to create an open, mindful and related community, that respect each other. We expect our housemates to be an active part of our community and stick to proper and reliable behavior within the group and also in the neighborhood. We love to share dinner, play music (accordion, guitar and ukulele), watch movies together or going out to art and dance events or nice restaurants at the seaside. In summer we go to the beach (2 min from here) for swimming or watch outdoor concerts not far from our house at the seaside. We also share responsibilities for the house and care for each other. We appreciate a mindful and culture-sensitive communication and try to be as sensible as possible to care for our environment. That’s why we are definite looking for a house mate who speaks pretty good English and is interested in socializing. SO PLEASE DON`T APPLY IF YOU LIKE TO LIVE MAINLY FOR YOUR OWN! PUBLIC TRAFIC With public traffic you need around 50 minutes to the center of Athens. Bus stops nearby: 904 , 906, 130, 040. 20 Minutes to reach the metro station Dimotiko BOOKING PROCESS Please upload your ID and tell us, who you are and why you like to live with us, when you apply for a room. This platform don`t allow advance viewing and personal contact before booking, but you can cancel on this Platform HousingAnywhere if it doesn`t fit by moving in. A Greek Taxnet contract is available after booking. The room can`t be sub rented or used from your guests. ONBOARDING AND MOVING OUT Don`t forget to pay the DEPOSIT (2 monthly rents) before you move in. It can be paid in two shares if it is not possible to pay in one share. At the beginning there will be a documentation of the handover of the room. If paid all every rent and energy bills, leave everything well cleaned and in proper condition if you leave, we pay the full deposit back within 2 weeks after moving out.
