THE APARTMENT The flat is approximately 65 square metres and is located in a quiet building with a courtyard. It is on the top floor (eighth) and is reached by a convenient condominium lift. There is a concierge service throughout the morning, from Monday to Saturday, until 1 pm. The house was entirely renovated in 2021: bright and comfortable, it consists of a large living room with a well-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms divided by a shared walk-in shower. The kitchen and living room are shared while the two bathrooms are for the exclusive use of the two rooms. The shower is shared. The house is equipped with television, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave oven, mosquito nets on all windows and air conditioning. There are 2 single rooms in the flat and therefore accommodates 2 persons in total. The monthly rent for the room is 740 euros plus 160 euros for expenses (utilities, heating, condo expenses and fibre optic internet connection). The total is therefore 900 euros per month. A deposit of three months is required CONNECTIONS The house is 400 metres from the Portello stop on the Lilla Line and about 1 km from the Lotto stop on the Red Line. It is 300 metres from Piazza Firenze, which provides a good connection to the centre by surface transport. The shuttle bus stop for Malpensa airport is 1 km away and connects it in about 40 minutes. THE ROOM The room is approximately 14 m2 and faces the inner courtyard through a window with a balcony. The room is equipped with a ceiling fan with remote control. In addition, it is equipped with a large wardrobe, a comfortable single bed with mattress, a desk and a bedside table.
