The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator. It consists of a living area furnished with a double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table, and access to the balcony. In the same space, there is a fully-equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The hallway with a closet leads to the bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and a wardrobe. A bathroom with a shower and hairdryer completes the layout.
