Welcome, dear guest, to our beautiful apartment in Vienna! Filled with light and a calm atmosphere, this apartment and its quiet surroundings will ensure an incredible holiday and good mood. This apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A wonderful place to recover after a long journey and exploring Vienna. Looking forward! It’s a private apartment on the 1st floor in the new building. The apartment is for 4 guests and offers 1 bedroom with a King size bed (180x200) and 1 sofa bed for 2 more guests, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and WC, a balcony and free WiFi. There’s an underfloor heating system and central water supply in the building. For the summer season, guests are provided with a cooling fan. Guest access Our contactless self Check-in system ensures easy and seamless check in. Check in is possible anytime after 15.00 without any time limitations. You will receive your Check in instructions 24 hours before your arrival, so you will be able to check the whole check in process in advance. Other things to note The day before the arrival date, please let us know how we should make the sleeping arrangements (i.e. separately or one for two). We provide fresh linen, towels, shampoo, shower gel, soap and hair dryer for your comfort. SUPERMARKETS: The nearby supermarket is BILLA (just in 100 m) at Leberstraße 2/4 The road to the city center takes 20-25 min by walk or 12-15 min by walk+tram/bus.
