The Neighbourhood: Arroios is known for its eclectic atmosphere, colorful buildings, and a variety of local shops, cafes, and restaurants. Experience authentic Lisbon life, from enjoying a coffee at a local pastelaria to exploring lively markets and boutiques. The area is well-connected with excellent public transport links, making it easy to explore the rest of the city. Nearby green spaces like Jardim do Campo Mártires da Pátria provide a serene escape. House Rules: - A passport and an address have to be provided upon confirming the booking. In case a guest does not provide the above, the check-in will be cancelled. - You will need to sign a rental agreement that will be sent after the reservation is made. It is mandatory to sign the contract in order to proceed with the reservation. Failure to sign and send the contract will result in cancellation of the reservation. - In case of lost or damaged keys and parking remotes, charges will apply. The owner has the right to enter and inspect the apartment or to show the apartment to a potential tenant any day of the week between 9am and 6pm as long as the tenant has been informed via email at least one day in advance. - A non-smoking policy applies to both indoor and outdoor areas of this unit and building. The guests may be liable for violations, which may result in cleaning costs, and should inform us of any smoke damage from neighbours. - At check-out, the guest is to vacate the unit, parking, and storage while leaving keys and furnishings in the same condition as at check-in, minus reasonable wear and tear. - In the case of noise pollution on the street or near the apartment, the owner cannot control nor bear responsibility for such instances. In the event that a guest does wish to be relocated to another apartment for these reasons or any other, a relocation fee equal to half a month's rent will be applied. - Extensions on the same unit are based on pricing and availability of the unit at the time of the extension request. All extensions must be finalised 24 hours before the original move-out date. - Reservations confirmed for last-minute move-ins: We will need to receive all guest contacts, ID copies, and background checks before 10:30 am local time to be able to process same-day move-ins at 4:00 pm. If received past this time, move-in may be delayed to the next day for a 4:00 pm check-in time due to scheduling conflicts with our staff. - For stays up to 3 months, a deposit of 1000 euros is required. For stays longer than 3 months, a deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of nights in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
