Das Apartmenthaus wurde Anfang 2024 fertig gestellt. Es verfügt über 61 moderne möblierte Apartments mit eigenem Bad/Dusche. Die Apartments sind möbliert mit je 2 Betten, Schrank, Sitzgelegenheit, Smart-TV und eine kleine Einbauküche. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einem Induktionsherd mit 2 Platten, Spülbecken, 1 Kühlschrank, 1 Mikrowelle, 1 kleine Geschirrspülmaschine. Alle Bereiche sind bequem über 2 Aufzüge oder Treppenhaus erreichbar. Der Zutritt des Gebäudes und der einzelnen Apartments erfolgt über ein Kartensystem. Das gesamte Haus verfügt über highspeed WLan. Eine Rezeption wird vorhanden sein, welche je nach Bedarf besetzt wird. Es ist eine Servicetelefonnummer geplant, welche täglich bis 22.°° erreichbar ist. Darüber hinaus steht unser Sicherheitsdienst zur Verfügung. Im Außenbereich werden künftig ausgewiesene Flächen zum Verweilen und evtl. zur Freizeitgestaltung wie grillen etc. zur Verfügung gestellt. Weiterhin gibt es durch einem Getränkeautomat und Convenience Automaten die Möglichkeit sich mit diversen Lebensmitteln zwischendurch zu versorgen. Für die eigene Wäsche stehen ausreichend Waschmaschinen und Trockner kostenpflichtig in unserem Waschmaschinenraum im Untergeschoß zur Verfügung. Preis für 1 Waschgang 3,00 € und für ein Trocknungsvorgang 2,00 €. Der Bewohner kann über uns Waschtaps erwerben – Preis 1,00 €. Für Fahrräder können Fahrradstellplätze kostenlos genutzt werden. Weiterhin verfügt das Haus über eigene Tiefgaragenstellplätze, welche separat gebucht werden können. Der Preis pro Stellplatz und Monat beträgt 150,00 €....
