Willkommen zu deiner persönlichen Tour durch unsere Wohnung! Als Erstes kommst du in unseren warmen und einladenden Flur, von hier aus gelangst du in alle Räume. Zuerst betrittst du unser helles und geräumiges Wohnzimmer. Entspanne auf unserem gemütlichen Kordssofa vor dem großen Fernseher mit Netflix oder verbringe Stunden am elektrischen Kamin, der eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre schafft. Hier findest du auch eine Vielzahl von Spielekollektionen für Groß und Klein sowie einen gemütlichen Hängesessel als besonderes Highlight. Das Badezimmer ist ein Ort der Entspannung mit einer Badewanne, die eine integrierte Regendusche bietet, sowie einen Waschtrockner. Die gut ausgestattete Küche lädt zum gemeinsamen Kochen ein und bietet ausreichend Platz für alle am Esstisch. Wir stellen sicher, dass es an nichts fehlt, inklusive einer Auswahl an verschiedenen Gewürzen. Durch den Flur gelangst du zu den drei Schlafzimmern. Das erste Zimmer, unser Botanikzimmer, ist in ruhigen Tönen gehalten und mit vielen Pflanzen und Holzmöbeln gestaltet. Hier kannst du zur Ruhe kommen und deine Sachen bequem verstauen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist unser Mondzimmer und macht seinem Namen alle Ehre. Hier erwartet euch ein bequemes Kingsize-Bett und eine warme und angenehme Atmosphäre sowie stimmungsvolle Beleuchtung. In unserem dritten Schlafzimmer erwartet dich ein gemütliches Himmelbett mit Blick auf die St. Andreaskirche und ein geräumiger Schrank. Ein Schreibtisch bietet außerdem die Möglichkeit, zu arbeiten. If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:

- If the landlord accepts your rental application, we’ll collect payment to confirm your stay. If they don’t, your payment will be automatically canceled.

Once your rental is confirmed, we’ll share the landlord’s contact info so you can arrange your move-in.
Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
