WiFi and utilities are included. Available only for clean and responsible person. It’s not available for the business purposes like massage salon and so on also not available for couples. IT IS NON SMOKING HOUSE!!! THE PLACE IS SUITABLE ONLY FOR 1 PERSON!!! Temporarily short stay contract due to my long holidays. Utility bills are not included. Washing is not possible but laundry is very near by . Available only for international student with the proof of the temporarily university or international school contract only!...
