The rooms are fully furnished, with double bed and quality mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped: washing and dry machine, microwave, fridge, hob and dishwasher. Please note: - Payment: Must be completed 72 hours before check-in directly to the landlord. This includes the last month’s rent, security deposit, and Administration fee. - Please keep in mind that only the internet is included in the rent, and the amounts for the utilities mentioned may vary as they depend on each tenant’s consumption. - Bedding: Pillows, towels, bed linen are provided for your stay. - Check-ins: Available Monday to Saturday, from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
