Sweet Apartment Wien-Mitte Our nice cozy city flat is situated in a quiet street in the 3nd district, near to the well-known "Landstrasse-Hauptstrasse / Schloss Belvedere" and 20mn walk from the Viennese city centre. The apartment consists of a living room and one separate bed room. Furthermore the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, washing machine and toilet. The apartment is near public transport (Metro station U3 5mn walking) and surrounded by good infrastructure (restaurant, super markets ...) and fully furnished. Linen and towels are available. All charges are included in the price e.g. heating, electricity, Flat screen TV, Internet and endcleaning. You are renting the apartment directly from us (the owner).
