The apartment building was completed in early 2024. It features 61 modern furnished apartments with private bathrooms/showers. The apartments are furnished with 2 beds each, a wardrobe, seating area, smart TV, and a small kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner induction stove, sink, refrigerator, microwave, and a small dishwasher. All areas are easily accessible via 2 elevators or stairwells. Access to the building and individual apartments is controlled by a card system. The entire building is equipped with high-speed WiFi. A reception will be available and staffed as needed.
