Please, read carefully the whole description before sending a booking request: ✅ YOUR MONTHLY RENT INCLUDES: - Utilities (Up to €40/month of water, electricity, gas). - WiFi. - Cable TV. - Weekly cleaning of common areas of the house. - Maintenance service. - Telephone service for emergencies. 💵 REQUIREMENTS: + Security Deposit (equivalent to the amount of one month's rent and paid during the check-in). + Admin fee (Paid per person once during check-in). 📅 MONTHLY CONTRACT: Payment for whole months, regardless of your move-in and move-out date. 🕛 CHECK-IN TIME: - Monday to Friday - from 8 am until 6 pm. 🌆 OPTIONAL EXTRA SERVICES (under request) - Check-in outside working hours or during weekends - 34.99 € (Working hours: Monday to Friday - from 8 am until 6 pm). - Fridge inside the room (minimum stays of 6 months) - 14.99 € p/month. - Special cleaning of the room 49.99 € (1 X per week). 🔊 RENTAL CONDITIONS: - There is a rental contract that must be signed and respected by the tenant(s). - For the rental contract it is necessary a copy of an ID Document and fiscal number. - During the booking process it is mandatory to be indicated who are the persons that are going to rent the accommodation and do the check-in. - The security deposit must be paid during the check-in and it will be returned if the accommodation is left in the same condition as received.
