Our flats are originally furnished for mid - term regular use, but in case You are a university student we are ready to insert a dedicated desk and a gamer chair for each of You! High speed internet is available! Cool studio with exposed iron trusses one block from the historic centre of Budapest. It comfortably hosts a couple or small group of friends, maximum 3 separate beds. Located in a real Budapest building it is the perfect pad for a short stay in the city, close enough to all the tourist attractions and the nightlife without suffering the overcrowd areas and still maintaining a true Hungarian feeling. 0-24 private parking for extra fee in 100m from the apartment. Limited availability! Dont miss it! The location The space has a cool/youngish style, trying to keep the spirit of the house. It features a multifunctional area where the kitchen, living and social activities take place. A double bed and a convertible sofa are available. An extra sleeping zone is available upon request which is situated on top of a mezzanine in the hallway, accessible using a suspended stair, where a double mattress is available for additional 2 prs. Comfortable bathroom featuring a Venetian shower is situated under the mezzanine. You can find 55' smart TV with large amount of tv and radio channels. Please note that the building lacks a lift and it is located in a third floor. You have a nice sunny stay at the top floor of this building. For your enhanced safety and security, we provide 24/7 video surveillance on the main entrance of the building at the common use area. We do not monitor, record or check the private use of your rented apartment at any time. The apartment is situated in an 120-year-old, typical Budapest building (which unfortunately is pending some paint refreshment in ground floor and lacking a lift), in the neighbourhood called the Palace Quartier, on a walking distance (5-10 minutes) to Danube and landmarks like Váci utca (shopping street), the Nagycsarnok (Central Market Hall), National Museum or Synagogue. Ráday street or Mikszáth square pedestrian areas, perfect for dining al fresco or having a drink after strolling the city are reached in 3 minutes walk. The apartment is located in a residential building where many other neighbours live and have a day time life. If the main reason you come to Budapest is to go out and party, I suggest you find another property. In the building on common corridor cctv can be operating. For those environmentally-concerned travellers, during the reconstruction, the biggest part of the debris was either re used (bricks, tiles), up-cycled (iron beams and trusses, pipes) or recycled. The rest was disposed according to the regulations. Construction materials were acquired locally favouring greener ones (low CO2 cement, PVC free pipes, etc) Public transport is available right on the front door, Metro lines are under 200 meters. Airport bus (100E) is under 200 meters the cheapest way to reach the airport! Even BUD airport recently opened a city check in and drop off hall (for some airlines, more coming soon...
